BluesBerry Festival and Trail Run
Heather Meadows Upper Lodge , Mt. Baker Ski Area. East end of HiWay 542.
3 Bands, We Perform 12:30-2:30 featuring Rob Smith, Mark Dodson and Alfred Rijkers.
Come enjoy a beautiful trail run or walk in one of the most scenic places in North America!
The course will start and finish in front of the Heather Meadows Day Lodge and will wind through the blueberry-lined trails of Mt. Baker Ski Area. Choose either the 5k run or the 2k run/walk, and enjoy views of Mount Shuksan, Pan Dome, Mount Herman and the beautiful Canadian Peaks.
We will have a delicious salmon BBQ lunch starting at 11:30am (Tickets $10/pp)
3 Live Bands including Andy Koch’s Badd Dog Blues, throughout the day as part of our inaugural Bluesberry Festival.
The Heather Meadows Cafe will also be open with an assortment of delicious food and drinks made with local blueberries.
Come up just for the run, or spend the day in the mountains enjoying music, food, or a drive up to Artist Point and a stop-off at the USFS Interpretive Center to learn more about this spectacular area.
If you do not have a forest pass, avoid getting a ticket by follow the directions to the free Bluesberry Fest Parking.
